Payment Policy

A Deposit of 15% is required in order to secure your date and hold the boat for you. If you are booking multiple days and/or boats then a 15% deposit is required per day per boat at the time you book your trip.

Refund Policy

Deposits are fully refundable if the captain cancels due to wind, high seas or stormy weather. We want you to have a memorable, fun time and if the weather appears to be unsafe or too rough we will try to reschedule your trip. If we cancel due to weather and are not able to reschedule due to continued bad weather, your travel schedule or our boat schedule then your money will be refunded in full.

Safety Policy

In order for your trip to be safe and fun, and for us to maintain the quality of our boats we have a few basic rules you must follow while aboard and at sea. We provide you with ice cold bottled water. You are welcome to bring anything else that you want to drink or eat. As a safety precaution we ask that you bring no glass bottles aboard the boat.
